Return Policy for Damaged Items
Our commitment is to provide you with high-quality products and we apologize if your item has arrived damaged. Please inspect your purchase upon receipt. If you find any damage please contact our customer care service team at info@mousedfence.com within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged items and its packaging. We will issue either a replacement or complete refund based on your preference. Please note this policy applies only to damaged items and we aim to ensure your satisfaction and make the return process as seamless as possible.

Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receipt of the item a credit for the purchase price will be refunded to your credit card minus the original shipping charge of $17.85.
All shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.
